We are still not receiving emails. Details:

Thank you very much again for your patience. This should now be fully resolved. If you have any further problems with your notifications, please create a new thread and let us know as soon as possible and so we can look into it.
This is not fixed, we are still not receiving emails. Please advise.
We switched to a different SMTP to work around, however even though we are set to send emails in Plain Text we are seeing HTML code in the emails being sent by Jot. Is this part of this problem?
We are not getting the emails at all, still, even after the latest attempted fix.
I checked our logs and indeed, your notifications have been failing. My apologies, I thought your issues was related to our other error.
You address was added to our suppression list due to too many failed notifications:
If this is a valid email address, I would recommend whitelising our domains and IP's with your email provider to ensure they are not being blocked. Also, if this is a group email address, I would recommend, if possible, changing to single addresses instead:
Once you have done both of those, you can remove your own address from the bounce list:
If that does not allow for then notifications to go through, we may need to have our developers remove your from Amazon's suppression list.

My apologies, the little human shape icon is in the top right corner of the screen while editing forms or in the "My Forms" section of your account:
Clicking on that and then clicking on "Account" will take you to your account settings page:
From there you will see the settings referenced in the guide.
