I have an annual account already...Not sure why I signed up for a monthly account...but it is not needed...

Hi,
It looks like you have a PayPal based subscription. These must be cancelled manually by our staff, which is does once a week or you can cancel it your self from your PayPal account. Here is our guide on how to do so:
