Credit card option is not showing in account upgrade

    I need to upgrade but it does not give me credit card option anymore

    There is an existing credit card associated with your account which is why the credit/debit card option is not showing. Are you going to use the same credit card or a different one? Please go to Account > Billing/Upgrade > Change Credit Card
