Reverting form to one of its previous versions

    How can I obtain a form from my history of changes list? My form was lost some how but I was able to find it in my history changes list.

    This is possible to restore a form to one of its previous versions with a Revision History Tool.

    How to View Form Revision History

    There will be a 'Revert to this version' option on each saved version of the form.
