I have a wedding website that lists the services of wedding service providers and wedding venues. I collect service providers information using a jotform. Ideally I would like that information I have collected to display on my website. Initially as a list as shown below;
G
When the customer clicks on the service provider they can go onto the details as shown bellow;

You can show your collected data through your forms and show it in a report that you can share through a link or embed in your site: https://www.jotform.com/help/326-How-To-Create-Form-Reports-in-JotForm
HTML Table Listing Report example:
However, to accomplish what you require, it seems that you will need a complete system. So, I do recommend you to hire a developer to create you that interface. The developer will need to send your submission data to your own database, here is how: https://www.jotform.com/help/126-How-to-send-Submissions-to-Your-MySQL-Database-Using-PHP
If you have another question, please open a new thread, we will be glad to assist you.
