It seems like you have posted your response too early with only a few details. Could you please provide us more information about your concern? You can mark your submissions as "read" in your submissions page.

You can also marked them all as "read" in your "My Forms" list.

Just to add, I might have missed your point. If you want to mark it as "unread", you can click the mail icon in your submissions page.
