Just tried processing a payment for $318
Ski Shuttle - Adult 1 (Amount: 0.00 USD, Start Date: 12/11/2015, Total Days: 1) Ski Shuttle - Adult 2 (Amount: 0.00 USD, Start Date: 12/11/2015, Total Days: 1)
The payment form is working for everyone except the owner of this form.
Cookies? Something? Help!

I have tested your form and I was not able to submit it when I selected mentioned options without entering credit card details. I am not sure why this has happened. Did you enter correct credit card details? Maybe credit card number that you have entered is not correct.
Can you try to make one more test submission to see if it will happen again? Did any of your users had same issue?

Another user just had the same problem. The form shouldn't be able to go through with incorrect CC info, right?
We process many cards on our other Jotforms. This is specific to just this form.

Yes that is correct. If the credit card number is not correct, form cannot be submitted. I did test your form and I am unable to replicate the issue. Please check the screenshot below:
You are also using your form's iFrame embed code and I do not see any reason why form can be submitted with invalid credit card.
Have you embedded your form in any other page as well? Can you also check your Stripe account and see if the customer was successfully created there or not?
