I have a form that I want to be sent to myself and another user. Is there a way of doing this? If so could you please explain how.

I am assuming that you would like to modify the email notification, so you and your colleague will be receiving emails.
You just need to modify the recipient of the notification with your emails. You just need to use a COMMA to separate each email.
If you review our users guide, Send Notifications to Multiple Recipients. It will indicate how you can create a notification with multiple Recipients.
