    Ho do I change it to english please?

    Hi,

    Since your form language was already in English, you can just remove the language tool you have used on the form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/52833989917374

    I also recommend removing the embedded form on your website  that uses the source code embed, and just re-embed the form using its default embed code instead.
