How can I add a new form to My Forms?

We've used Adobe Forms for our annual performance review form in the past. Our staff receives an invite link to the form, fills it in, then submits it electronically. I have the form already created in word and pdf format but need to pull it into Jotform for distributing.

Please go to this link to import your Adobe FormsCentral PDF form: http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/

Does Jotform support importing an existing pdf form for the purposes of distributing to a group of employees via email so they can complete a performance review form? Once completed the employee would submit the form electronically to a designated collection area for review, printing and data collection for reporting purposes by the form creator. This is something we'd previously done thru Adobe Forms Central, and would prefer not to have to recreate the form from scratch or work with a new template as our staff is used to the existing form.

    Thanks!

That is only supported for web forms created in JotForm, our JotForm Form Builder is not a PDF editing facility.
