    Hi,

    Thank you for your answer. And I have an other problem:)

    I would like to put in one form a unique id but whit to different prefix.

    Ex. ther is a field with 2 options (the name is S.I. categ - in my form). If I make the "KIWA" imput I would like the unique id has a prefix "KIW";

    if the field S.I. categ is "PARTY" - the unique id has to start with "PAR" prefix.

    I hope you understand me:)

    Thank you

    I understand that you want to have the first 3 characters of the option in your Unique ID. This may be achieved by assigning calculation values to the radio buttons.

    Then setup a condition to fill the calculation value to another Text box which can be used in Unique ID.

    Option1 is the textbox field ID that I have used on my form.

    Following is the email being received with Unique ID.

    You may clone the form to your account to see how the condition is set.
