Than you for contacting us. If I understand you correctly, you have added an address field and would like to copy individual fields into separate text fields. If I am incorrect, please let me know.
Correct this is not possible, you can copy the entire address to another address field. But not indivual fields.
How ever, if you are looking into placing the address in your notification. You can easily place each part of the address separately.
Please let us know if you require our assistance.

Thank you for your answer.
I send the link of my form , if you compilate it you can see the duplicated fields. The problem is on the field appear a ":" befor the text. I don't need this ":"
I created this fields from adress field deleting the other parts, but appear the doble point.
On other problem, I can not duplicate the time format.

Hi,
Thank you for your answer. And I have an other problem:)
I would like to put in one form a unique id but whit to different prefix.
Ex. ther is a field with 2 options (the name is S.I. categ - in my form). If I make the "KIWA" imput I would like the unique id has a prefix "KIW";
if the field S.I. categ is "PARTY" - the unique id has to start with "PAR" prefix.
I hope you understand me:)
Thank you
