#1 Make sure you are logged in to your account at http://www.jotform.com/login
#2 Go to your My Account Billing page or use this link https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
#3 In the Billing page, click on the buttons in sequence as indicated on the image below
#4 The Upgrade button (4) should trigger the Upgrade Wizard screen. Just complete the process to complete payment upgrade.
