We have not been receiving any notification emails, nor have our customers been receiving any emails when they complete the forms.
This seems to be the case for all forms on our account.

You should start receiving your notifications. If not, please check spam folder. In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "email@example.com" sender.
