    Can't Receive Any Email Submission

    Please respond ASAP.  We need the reservations sent automatically to our email address as they have been doing from our website swsedan.net.  Please see why they are hanging up and not coming to us!!!

    Hi there,

    I checked the form "Reservations" and looked its "Notification" settings. As you can see it from the below, there is nothing wrong with its settings:

     

    Also, I check the email address "swsedan@cox.net" mail log and didn't encounter any failed record on it. Please, see it from the below:

     

    In this case, I suggest you to check your Spam, Junk, Promotion etc. folders and also, check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client.

    Alternatively, you can use the SMTP method to send your emails with using your server, so you can beat that problem completely.

    To do that, please follow the instructions from How to Setup SMTP for a form page.
