We Have been using your product for quite some time - never had any problems. But recently it was brought to our attention that many times the email notifications from your forms, while they are capturing the data - are no longer sending the forms notifications to our clients mailboxes hosted on our servers.

I have tested this with my own form - and see the data captured, but did not receive the notfication email.

So I went to our server logs - and confirmed that the server had not received the message at all - it was not blocked, or spam filtered -it just did not arrive.

So what is happening? Please help - we use your product on quite a few projects - and have been a devoted use.

I have all tried to whitelist your IP addresses as suggested in the forum - no difference.

    Hi Scott,

I checked the related email address to that form (scott@rookinteractive.com) and didn't find any failed record on its mail log. Please, see it from the below:

In this case, I suggest you to check your Spam, Junk, Promotion etc. folders and also, check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client.

Alternatively, you can use the SMTP method to send your emails with using your server, so you can beat that problem completely.

To do that, please follow the instructions from How to Setup SMTP for a form page.

If the problem consist, please let us know.

    Thanks.
