We are currently using your service for a raffle promo of one of our brands. Every month we subscribe to the $19 package, which is 1000 entries. Whenever we do a tally of the entries, it seems like some entries are not included in the report. I want to know if for example, we already reached 1000 entries, do we get notified that it's already full? or would it still go through the form, and not reflect on the report?
Please let me know if there's a number I can call to further get clarification.

Apologies, we do not have a phone support. But we do try our best to answer your inquiries here in the forum.
Regarding the problem, are you referring to the submission limit of your account, which is dependent on your subscription plan?
If you near to your submission limit, you will receive an email informing you about it. If you finally reached OR exceeded your limit, all of your forms will be temporarily be disabled. You can exceed the limit of 1000 submissions per month, that happens especially if you are receiving multiple submissions at the same time. If you get 1012 submissions before your forms are disabled, the exceeded 10 submissions will still be showing in your submissions page, they are successfully saved in our servers and you should be able to see them.

Thanks for your response, Charlie. I do get the email about the limit, however, even before we get that notification, we would get reports from our brand ambassadors saying they submitted the entries but upon checking, those entries are not showing on the report we generate here.
Is there any way to check (back end) if there are saved entries or something?

Can you please share to us which Report you were using? Was it on a website? a spreadsheet?
If you were instead refering to report form the Submission data (link: How-to-view-Submissions ), there is another place where you can compare the actual existing submissions to those submissions that were sent -- the email.
You can check the submission sent emails. User guide: How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History
If you think there were missing submissions, you can double check or search in the Email History if indeed there was actual submission.

Thanks for this. What we do is we view all submissions, then download as Excel. We would also see this:
It says there are 3,109 submissions when we get reports from brand ambassadors that they input more than that. Email and report from the website downloaded to excel is correct though

The submissions page is supposed to show the whole data that we have. If there are any specific examples of missing entries, please provide us with more information.
I have noticed that there is a similar form on your http://poten-cee.com/sample/ page, but that form is not related to JotForm. Please make sure that all the form entries are being received from http://poten-cee.com/join-now/.

We did a test submission, we input 23 entries thru http://poten-cee.com/join-now/, but when i downloaded the report (excel) i only got 3 new submissions.

However, I see you only have 1 form in your account. It has 3111 submissions on it. I then downloaded the excel file of it.
In my excel file, it shows all the 3,111 submissions:
You might have been submitting entries using a different form.
