Hi Jessica, thanks for your response. As an example, I'm trying to add the Zoho CRM integration to my form named Food Manufacturer Case Study Download. Here is a link to the form:

Here is the screenshot of what I see when I type in Zoho CRM under integrations:

As you can see, there is a "Bigin by Zoho CRM" but not the same Zoho CRM integration that showed up in your screenshot. I was able to see the Zoho CRM integration about a week ago but now it is no longer visible on any of my forms.

Can you please help me figure out how to fix this? I'm in need of integrating my forms with Zoho CRM (and not through the "Bigin by Zoho CRM" integration).

Thanks for reaching back to Jotform Support. It looks like your account is HIPAA-compliant. Some of our integration are not HIPAA-compliant, so the option will not be available for you. In this case, it seems that Zoho CRM is not HIPAA-compliant yet.

You can consider utilizing other integration or disabling HIPAA-compliant from your account. Disabling HIPAA-compliant is easy, let me show you how:

1. At the top-right of your page, click on your avatar.
2. Click on Settings, and you will be directed to your Account Setting page.
3. Click on Data at the left-side of your screen.
4. Click on Disable HIPAA compliance, and follow the wizard to fully disable it.

Hi Jessica, thanks again for the response. Is it possible to turn HIPPA compliance on/off for specific forms? We essentially chose Jotform because of 2 reasons. One was because of the HIPPA compliance capabilities and two was because of the integration with Zoho CRM. We do only need HIPPA compliance on some of our forms though so I wanted to check if it is possible to turn it off for specific forms. Please let me know. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching back to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to turn off HIPAA for specific forms. However, you can consider creating a different account for forms that doesn't require HIPAA.

@Jessica, Zoho CRM absolutely is HIPAA compliant. Like Renalogic_marketing, the whole reason I signed up for jotform was because of the fact that it had a Zoho CRM integration built in and is HIPAA compliant like Zoho.

Thanks for getting back to us. Jotform allows you to mark your form fields used to collect healthcare data and must be protected. This allows Jotform to enable additional services specific to HIPAA PHI fields.

On your forms, each form element has a PHI switch. You can use this to switch between states.

Here are the options:

• PHI (protected) — For fields that are used for collecting sensitive healthcare data and can’t be used in insecure mediums.
• OFF (not protected) — For fields used for collecting data not considered PHI and can be used in insecure mediums.

Here is an example email. Notice how unprotected fields are displayed while protected ones are hidden:

Understood but where is the Zoho CRM integration? I get a 404 error when I click on it in jotform and it doesn’t come up when you search for it.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Let me help you with that. Here is How to Integrate Jotform with Zoho CRM:

1. In the Form Builder, go to the Settings tab.
2. Select Integrations on the left panel.
3. Search for Zoho CRM, and click it.
4. Click the Authenticate button to link your Zoho CRM account.
5. On the next screen, you’ll find the following first three sets of options, which you need to set up:

• Zoho CRM Module — Jotform’s Zoho CRM integration does not support all Zoho CRM modules.
• Zoho CRM Layout — If you never set this up, you’ll only see Standard.
• Match your Zoho CRM fields to your Jotform fields — Click the Add New Field button to match the other fields.

6. At the bottom of the first three sets of options, you can set up the following options:

• Add a note — You can choose to include the fields as a note.
• Attach uploaded files — This exists if your form has a file upload field.
• Trigger your workflows in Zoho CRM — If you have a workflow with Zoho CRM, you can opt to trigger it for every submission.
• Choose which action to take if the record already exists in Zoho CRM — You can choose to Update the duplicate, Add the duplicate, or Keep the existing record.
• Match by — You can set this option if you choose to Update or Keep the existing records. Here, you can select the First, Last, or Email Address.

7. After setting up the above options, click the Save button, still at the bottom of the above options, to save your settings.

8. You can opt to create a new action in the same integration settings. Click the Add New button to do so. Otherwise, click the Complete Integration button to finish.Finally, click the Finish button to exit.

And that’s it! Your form now sends the data to Zoho CRM when someone submits it.
