Hi, our forms haven't been auto-sending since 2/19. We're also having trouble saving them to .pdf off and on. It appears all of our settings are correct, can you please help?

What is the form you are referring to? Based on your last form edit, I think is this one: http://www.jotform.us/form/41276280542149
The email address used for notifications was in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list
I have white-listed it. Please check your spam folder, and you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender:
