I have a form that requires payment from PayPal. About every fourth or fifth registrant cannot get the payment to go through or it takes multiple attempts on the PayPal side to have the transaction go through. But once it goes into "Pending Payment" the use can't go back in and get back to the payment page.
Are other users having this issue? Or how do I allow the registrants to get back to the payment page?Page URL:

Do they get any error message when they are on Paypal page trying to process the payment? If yes, you might share that to you Paypal support to see if there is something related to your Paypal account.
On regard of the incomplete payment, it means user changed his mind in last minute, and decided not to complete the payment. By clicking on the "Complete Submission" button, that will NOT process any payment as there was no payment information to begin with. The system will simply treat this as a regular submission so it can be included on form reports, and that email alerts can be fired off as usual: https://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Incomplete-Payments
