Disable submit when Enter/Return is pressed

Had to ask this to see if there's been any new development on this?  This is a serious flaw.  When I created a RSVP form and only allowed users who were on the guest list to be able to fill out the form, if you entered a user who wasn't on the form, then hit enter, it submitted! My jaw dropped, IT'S NOT SUPPOSE TO DO THAT! Is there some type of feature in the form setting to disable hitting enter? If not PLEASE make it so! So we have the option to turn this off. 

Currently, there is no option for the Submit to be disabled using its property only.
