Zapier: No data showing when connecting to Shipday

    Hi cellworldslu,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have cloned your form on my end and Jotform App too, I did a test and could not replicate the issue on my end. You can check the screenshot of my test result below:

    In Zapier zap for event part, please select Submission instant option, also create Jotform Account connection.

    When you create a new Jotform connection, make sure that both 'Account HIPAA Compliant?' and 'Do You Use European Datacenters?' options are set as 'No' while you reconnect the account.

    In trigger section, refresh the fields and fetch new submission and check.

    Still same thing information is not being collected from my form

    Hi Benjamin,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Sometimes, integration may break if the API used does not have the necessary permissions or if it is invalid. If you're using API, please try creating a new one from your account's API settings.

    Generally, we recommend integrating your form through Zapier through the Form Builder. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Integrations.
    3. Select Zapier and authenticate your Zapier account.
    4. After this, select your Zap and complete setting up your triggers and actions

    Hi Benjamin,

    Thanks for sharing screenshots of the issue. When I tried to test your Trip Service form and connected it to Zapier, I was able to make it work without any issues. See my screenshot below:

    Can you share what form you were having issues connecting with Zapier? Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

    In your previous response, you mentioned that sometimes integration issues can be related to API permissions or validity. Could you provide Alight motion apk more details on how to troubleshoot or verify API permissions and validity, especially when encountering integration problems?
