I presume you are referring to the Import tool on this link: http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/. And using the 3rd option "PDF Only"?

I believe it would depend on the form you are uploading, if it has a lot of fields or complex design it may take a couple of days. You can reply to the import email that you receive if you have questions in that specific PDF form. You can also try re-importing it. Please do note that after you import your PDF form in our end, it will not be editable in our form builder. Here's an example:

    1. In my case, you'll see the "Fillable_PDF_Form", it can't be edited in the form builder, you'll just see the "Download PDF" form so that you can use it.

    2. You will then be given these options, this allows you to collect the submissions automatically from the downloaded PDF form, it will directly be saved in your JotForm account, only if they click the submit button in the PDF form.

I strongly suggest recreating the form using our form builder, that allows you to fully utilize our product features.
