Trying to get CC authorization

I'm trying to get a credit card authorization form but it is not allowing me to create it?

If you need to ask payment from your users, it is a must to use our payment integrations. If you do not wish to charge your users immediately, you can enable the "Authorization Only" option in your payment tool. Here's a guide on how to use that feature: https://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization 

We will inform the owner of that form you have shared and request that he/she removes the credit card fields, if not, it will lead to his/her account to be suspended.
