Send PDF File to Salesforce

    re: jotform - Salesforce integration. (using appexchaneg or legacy integration).

    Is it possible to send a jot form survey result (pdf) to salesforce "files" via the integration? or can I only fill in fields?

    Hi Broadreach,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. No, I'm afraid it is not possible to send a PDF File to Salesforce via the integration. You can only fill in the fields mapped from the form. Alternatively, if you can configure Salesforce to accept attachments through email, just enable the PDF Attachment in the Notification email and add your Salesforce email address as the recipient. Let me show you how:

    1. On the Form Builder page, go to Settings at the top navigation bar.

    2. Open the Email on the left tab and click on the Notification Email.

    3. On the Email Settings, go to the Advance tab and enable Attach PDF.

    4. Make sure to select the PDF template.

    5. Finally, go to the Recipients tab and add your Salesforce email address as the recipient, then click on the Save button.
