Yes, upon checking your account, you have reached or exceeded the submission limit of 100 per month for Free plan. All of your forms will now be disabled, to continue using them, you can upgrade to a higher subscription plan OR wait for the submission limit to reset which happens every 1st day of the month.
You can also increase your submission limit permanently by doing some of the listed actions in the "Get More" section of your account: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/getMore
