mail alma sorunu - Bounce list

formlarda alıcı maili olarak info@tuistransfers.com mailini yazıyorum ancak bu maile formdan yazılan bilgiler ulaşmıyor. farklı bir mail yazarsam ilgiler hemen geliyor. sorun nedir acaba? örnek form no : 31684894415363

I found the email info@tuistransfers.com in bounce list. This was the reason emails were not getting through. 

I have fixed this now by removing the email from the blocked list. New incoming email should now get through.
