Submitting a form shows "Please Wait..." and remains stuck

I have two simple Contact Forms on two separate websites (http://www.italianancestorsearch.com/contact.html and http://www.sicilianamericanfoundation.org/contact-us.html). Both has been working fine until last night. Now, both say "Please Wait..." on the button after submission and are stuck.

Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you...

Could you please try recreating the submit button and check if the issue persists.

You can also try clearing your form's cache.
