Form not showing changes made in the Form Builder

I can see that you downloaded the form's full source code. The problem with this method is that the changes you do in the Form Builder will not reflect on form's full source code. You need to edit the actual code on your website in order to add or delete form fields.

If you use the normal embed or iframe method, then any changes you made in the Form Builder will reflect on the forms even if it is embedded in a webpage.
