    Hello,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

Is the issue only in email alert "Work Order Received" or you are having issue with other email alert as well?

Does the issue happens only when the submission is edited? Have you only edited the subject line of email alert or you changed the locked table item as well?

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

It is happening to all of the email alerts on the original submission as well as the edit. Yes we only changed the Subject line and did not make any changes to the table.

    Hello acase,

Upon checking your form, I found that even if the "Hide Empty Fields" is enabled, the date table of your email alert is in unlocked state. Not sure if the email template is edited and that could be the reason why Hide Empty Field featire is not workking.

I would suggest you to please click on the "Lock Data table" button which will lock the email table and revert it back to original state.

    Please check the screenshot below:

You can use the old preferences UI by adding &old in the URL of your email alert. Example:

    https://www.jotform.com//?formID=53014566289965&old

    Thank you!

I have checked your form using the link provided by my colleague above and the old UI is shown, you only need o click on the email notification that you want to lock the data and this will start to hide the empty fields.

I think that your second report is related to the same, because I'm not sure if those links where added to the email templates where you want to hide empty fields.

As explained above you can not edit the email template once you are hiding empty fields, also when you click on the Lock Data in the email template it will revert this template to the default email, it means all the changes that you did on it will be reverted.

If this still persists, please provide us a screenshot, it will help us to see the same that you are getting when trying to lock the email template.

We will be looking forward to your response.

I understand what was explained above and I am trying to lock the data table and revert back to the template but it will not let me as I explained in my last response.  Please see attached screenshot.Hide empty fields are not working anymore Screenshot 20

Yes, this is because you made changes on the email template before to lock the data, also it might be because you made changes while the data was locked, there is not a way fix this than re-doing the email, you will need to delete it and adding it once again and look the data.
