I got an email last night that says we reached our API limit and our form was disabled?
I sent in a question to check and make sure we wouldn't run out of space yesterday, as this same thing happened last year. I was told that we have 1,000 submission available and 10,000 views, and since we were only expecting around 600 submissions, we were fine.
Can someone explain this to me? And open our form again? We only have 550 submissions so far, which is far below our capacity.

The API limit is the number of API calls your forms, widgets, integrations and apps are using.
Here are the limits:
Free: 1,000
Bronze: 10,000
Silver: 50,000
Gold: 100,000
Platinum: 1,000,000
This limit is not new, but JotForm does not previously alert users when the limit is reached, I believe it just started recently. Do not worry, the API limit resets daily midnight EST. I checked your account and you have an active API key, you can find it under the Account->API section.
Before I reset your API limit, it already has 8,655 API calls for this day. For "Premium" plan (which is equivalent to Bronze) has a limit of 10,000 API calls/day. I presume you have a very active form that uses this API, I checked one of your forms and I see that you have a lot of Appointment slots widget, this one uses an API because it simply fetches data from your existing submissions for its function.
Do let us know if you need more information on this.

We have also had an issue with the form auto-filling. It wasn't doing that on my computer yesterday but it has been today. Also, some other people registering have commented on it happening too.
I tried deleting my browser history and emptying my cache but the form will still auto fill a grade and select classes when I open it.
Any advice or reason for this?

It seems like the follow up question you have is different from the original topic we have on this thread. To better assist you, I have opened a separate thread for it. Please refer to this link instead: https://www.jotform.com/answers/818521. We will address it shortly. Thank you for understanding.
