    Hi

    I have just started collecting submissions for a form that I used last year as well however this year it has suddently started asking for an access code. I have not created one so I am now unable to access any of my submissions.

    How can I resolve this please?

    Hi Carolyn,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Encrypted Forms use end-to-end encryption, which means your access code is encrypted on Jotform’s end. Since it’s encrypted, we won’t be able to access your data, so if you forget your access code, unfortunately, your data is considered lost. We recommend storing your access code in a safe place or creating an access code that’s easy to remember.

    Hi Carolyn,

    Thanks for getting back to us. When you try to enable the encryption for a form, the system asks for an access code. It cannot be activated without a code.

    I login with Google cw@kes bham sch.uk
    I have no recollection of it asking at any point for an access code and if
    it had I would have recorded it with all my other administrative codes and
    passwords.
    I am the IT manager so this is a normal process that would be followed.
