how comes my forms paypal links go to a blank white page when a customer goes to check out??

    Hi,

     

    I have around 6 contact forms which i designed on your jotform site and embeded them on to my website. the issue is... they all have paypal links on them and everytime a user goes to checkout it goes straight to a blank white page.     

     

    Can anyone assist why this is???

     

    I checked my paypal and that seems to be all ok when i logged in.   :(

    Are you referring to the form embedded on this page of your site: https://www.option2drive.co.uk/contact-us.html 

    That form does not have an integration with Paypal nor a link or a URL assigned as your Thank You Page in the "Redirect to page" option:

    Are you referring to another form? Please share the direct link of the page where it is embedded. You could also share a screenshot to illustrate better what you mean:
