Hello! I've just upgrade my account (lucianobtm) to the Silver option. However, no change has been made in our plan according to the number of available submissions per month. How long should it take to get this information up-to-date?

I have checked the status of your account and found out that you are already on a Silver Monthly plan. Are you not seeing that on your end? You can verify/check that through your Accounts page then go to billing. https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
