However, what I mean is - is there a way to receive notification via SMS,
not using/installing app in my phone. Sorry for the confusion.
Yes, it is possible, however, you'll need to contact your mobile network provider if they have an email address for your phone number.
Above is an example format of an email that is related to a phone number. Here's an article in T-Mobile about sending a message via email and receiving it via SMS: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-3309
So basically, after you got your email address for your phone number, you can simply set your email notification's recipient address to that. So whenever you receive a submission, the notification will be sent on your mobile email address which should automatically send you an SMS.
