Hello
I want to create a separate but linked page that comes into play when a specific field is filled in with a specific subject. How do I do this?

If I understand your question correctly you want to prepopulate value from one form to another form. It is possible with Jotform. Please, check the guide below for more information:

Hello, I tried the forms 1 and 2 on the link you sent. However, this isn't what I'm looking for. We have three courses. For the third course on the application form, different information is required but we want to have only one link/form. Once the applicant has selected the third course, I'd like them to be redirected to the information relevant to that course and then be able to fill out the rest of the application form. Is this possible? If so, how do I do this?

As far as I understand, you want to redirect the user to related information if the user selects course 3. To do that, you can use our conditions with Skip To a Page option. Please, check the guide below for more information:
https://www.jotform.com/help/350-How-to-Skip-Pages-Using-Conditional-Logic
In addition to that, you can use form collapse with conditions. At that situation, you can show/hide multiple fields with form collapse tool.

Thanks. The form collapse is especially helpful! It's a bigger task than I thought!
I've tried the form collapse but one piece of information is 'escaping' the space between the collapse and the stopper. Can you take a look at it and let me know what I'm not doing/doing wrong?
Thanks

You're most welcome. I've cloned and tested your form.It seems you want to hide International Applicants part if the user chooses Yes option for Do you require a visa to study in the UK? field.
I see that you've chosen closed for Status on your form collapse.
We would appreciate it if you could change it with Open for both your form collapse and collapse stopper.
In addition to that, if want to hide that part you need to change your condition as you see below:
By the way, while I was checking your conditions I see that there is missing field on your conditions. Kindly also, delete them.
