Se realiza el formulario y se crean la(s) notificaciones a los correos correspondientes, y se checa el spam tambien para ver si ahi llego la notificacion; sin embargo siguen sin llegar las notificaciones. Ya se ha checado la red y la configuracion del formulario.

What is the form in question? Check if the email recipients are not in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
Also, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender:
