My autoresponder doesn't work

    Now I am creating a form: https://form.jotformeu.com/61183744692361
    You also find it on my website: http://randstadrijder.nl/klantregistratie/
    I made an autoresponder and a notification email. Only the notification
    works. The autoresponder I don't recieve. I tried several different
    emailadresses.
    Can you help me in this matter, of do I have to contact in an other way?

    We can solve that issue quickly. When your customers submit the form they will receive an autoresponder email. We are getting that value from your Email field.

    If you create your autoresponder as you see below it will work without any issue.

    Hi Beril,
    Thank you for your support. The field Recipient Email had a wrong value.
    Everything is okay now.
