What is with the weird submission message?!

    and children in and out of Israel!

    Your submission has been received.

     

    I use this form site for my business and don't want to expose the people that I work with to some weird email spam. Very UN-professional. There are many other form sites I could use. I like this one, but have no problem with changing if this is some weird ploy to get emails to send out random spam to.

    Hello SLSTRI,

    I see you have set that as your thank you message after one person makes a submission on your form. But what I do not understand is what you mean by you don't want to expose the people that you work with to some weird email spam. I checked your email notification settings, and neither it has any setting to send an email to any person who made a submission through your form. Can you please provide us more information?

    Oh, so I need to set my own email notification? I did not know that.

     

    Still,  strange that this is the default message. "We are grateful for your support to further

    I believe there's no email notification that sends that message. 

    As mentioned by my colleague, that message is on your "Thank You" page settings. Here's a screenshot to where to find it:

    ALL your forms have that thank you message. I presume your form was based on a template? Or you have cloned another form and you edited it? This might be the original message on the form or template you have cloned.

    To edit that, simply click the "Thank You" button, click the "Edit Text" and you can remove that message using the text editor. Here's a guide about setting up your thank you pages: https://www.jotform.com/help/211-Setting-Up-the-Thank-You-Page
