The way our sales process is structured, we need to be able to send a PDF order form to a sales rep, have them enter certain details, then have the sales rep send the partially completed form to the customer to complete the remaining fields and submit to us. Can this be done? Please let me know how if so, or if not.
We envisioned solving this with a "save" button followed by an "email" button.
I didn't see that functionality, but may have missed something. Please let me know where to fin or if there is a different way to accomplish this.

Once you have downloaded the Fillable PDF copy of your form. You will send it manually through email to your Sales Rep. Your Sales Rep will then fill up certain fields of the form and save it. Please note that Fillable PDF copy of your form is opened with a PDF reader and most PDF reader, if not all, has a Save option. Once it is saved, your Sales rep will send it to the customer that will complete the remaining fields. The customer will fill up the remaining fields and then save the Fillable PDF copy of your form again. The customer can, actually, click the submit button on the Fillable PDF copy of your form, so its data will be sent to your Jotform account, which you can view through your form's submission page, provided that your customer is connected to the internet when he/she does that. Or, your customer can, also, send the filled Fillable PDF copy of your form to your email address.

Great to hear, thanks. Lastly, when I try to convert my form into a PDF form, it gets stuck on "working" and won't move beyond that. I clicked the order form to convert, went to the "more" dropdown on the right side, clicked create PDF form and then got the working notice and endless spinning icon. Here is a screenshot. The Create PDF form icon is grey versus black and wonder if that is a problem.
What do I need to do to resolve this?
