    Why don't I see forms people are sending in?

    I have had two people send in forms and they are not showing up in my account.  I only see them under incomplete payments, but I do not see the forms at all.  Not sure if this has happened with other forms that people have been sending me or not.  I am just sending people the link to the form in an email.

    They are in the "Incomplete payments", because they did not process the payment, so you can view the an complete the submission to show in the submission grid:

    Note: Completing a submissions will NOT process any payment as there was no payment information to begin with. 

    I would recommend you to enable IPN (Instant Payment Notification), which is a POST message sent by Paypal (for regular merchant accounts) whenever a transaction is completed on their side.

    I tried to do this and immediately got an email from Paypal that says:

     

    Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notification (IPN) messages. Messages sent to the following URL(s) are not being received:

    https://www.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php

    If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information.

    Once you or your service provider fix this problem, you or your service provider can resend the failed messages from the IPN History page. If this problem continues, PayPal may disable the IPN feature for your account.

    Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

     

    Now what do I do?  I need to be getting these submissions and I'm not.  Also, according to my Paypal account, I DID get payment from all but one of the people on the incomplete payment list.  And why are the Jotforms not coming through at all anymore?   But up until yesterday, I was getting the Jotform submissions from everyone, whether they were on my incomplete payment list or not.  Now I'm getting no submissions from anyone.
