Possibility to initiate submission from within Pipedrive

Is it possible to initiate a form-fill request (with prefill) from within Pipedrive, such as in a Deal or Person (or Project) record?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to clarify, do you mean you want to Pre-fill your form with Pipe Drive? If so, we can pre-fill your form in the Publish tab of your form. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, then click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
2. Now, click on Prefill in the menu on the left side of the screen, and then select Pipedrive prefill.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Lorelie, thanks for your reply. No, what I mean by "from within Pipedrive" is can the process be initiated from within the Pipedrive user interface. (I know about initiating the prefill from within the Jotform interface.) Ideally, I'd like our team to have the ability when on a Person, Deal or Project in Pipedrive, to be able to select a Jotform form *and* prefill the form with the data from that Pipedrive Person, Deal or Project. Thanks for getting back to us. If I understand you correctly, you want to prefill your form with data from Pipedrive. If this is correct, then unfortunately, it is not possible. You can only pass data from submissions made with Jotform. If this is not exactly what you were referring to, can you give us more details of the flow, so we can check and help you with it?

Your comment of "You can only pass data from submissions made with Jotform" is incorrect. We know how to prefill a Jotform form with data from Pipedrive. But this can only be done from the Publish tab of a form from within the Jotform app.

What I would like to see is:

• The user is in Pipedrive (not Jotform)
• They are on a Person, Deal or Project record
• They can select a Jotform form from their connected account — via the Documents tab
• This form is created and populated with that record's data

Thanks for clarifying your concern. I'm afraid what you are looking for is not possible in Jotform. Jotform can pass data to Pipedrive, but it can't be embedded or initiate the submission from within Pipedrive. I believe there's no option yet in Pipedrive to embed external forms.
