I get the scroll bar and it doesnt show right on mobile.
This is how it looks on the website: http://secondnatureht.com/challenge-application
I tried using this on the custom css but it isn't working.

I tried this and it stretches the image and makes it look horrible. See here. Any idea how to fix? http://secondnatureht.com/challenge-application/

The form should be displaying properly when it is embedded using default Javascript embed code, unless there are conflicts with other scripts on your webpage. Could you try embedding the form using the default method and see if that works?
Please make sure that the JotForm plugins installed on your WordPress website are disabled or removed.

I got it. It was the background picture wasn't tall enough and was stretching since form was so long. Thanks for all your help!

I checked the form on mobile and I can confirm that it now displays properly.
