Custom PDF: how to show background image after editing

    Hi Mark and Jonathan,

My submission form has a theme background pic.

But when I customize the PDF by deleting sensitive fields, the background image disappears and I'm left with a plain white background.

Is there a way to edit pdf content without losing the theme background image?

    Thanks

UPDATE: We are excited to announce that we have just released the new version of JotForm PDF Editor.

It is only possible to set a background color in the PDF editor, the preview shows as blank on your end:

I just cloned your form, and tested on my end, and the problem did not reproduced:

    a) I set a background color.

    b) I deleted some fields.

    c) I clicked on Preview, and everything was shown:

    Please try the following:

    1) Reset the design:

    2) Clear forms cache: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache

    3) Try editing your PDF.

Let us know if that helps.
