I have the jotform on my site currently at jsjlawfirm.com/contact and it is not sending. It has worked in the past and still is set up to the correct email address. However, when i went today to update it, it stopped working. when i hit submit, it changes to 'Please Wait' and never goes through nor do I receive an email notification. Thank you.
