Template with collapse form in it??

Hi, I am trying to work out how to make a collapse for for my website. Christian has helped me. But I have a string of points to sort out.

Size (depth) of boxes, colors, the form jumps when used (which makes it unusable).

I'm thinking that if someone has made one then I could clone it and use it.

I see hundreds of people having trouble with this problem.

    Thanks

    Hello Leslie,

Sure, we can help you with pleasure.

    Size (depth) of boxes, colors,

We would appreciate it if you could provide us more details of what you want. At that time, I can change it for you.

the form jumps when used (which makes it unusable).

I've already answered your question at the following link. Please follow up there:

    Hello again Beryl,
The attachment shows what I am trying to do.
    My problems are:
    1. The form jumps when anything is touched on. It seems to want to put
what is clicked on, at the top of the page, which is not wanted of
course. I want it to remain where it is.
    2. After hours of fiddling, using templates etc. I still can't get the
colors wanted. You sent me a sample which is exactly the colors I want.
    3. The depth of the boxes showing the choices, is far too deep. (By
depth I mean the height from top to bottom.)
See the second attachment to show the difference.
This is my website, and the page showing what I've got so far. As you
can see, it is far too large. The list consists of over 20 items so
won't fit nicely like this small sample. And it jumps but I need to try
    your suggestion about that.

As indicated by Beril above, this was already answered on the other thread you opened, you only need to append ?nojump on the URL of your form, the same if you are embedding the form.

Regarding to your other two points, unfortunately, we did not receive the attachments, follow the steps on the guide below to upload images in your posts:

    How-to-add-screenshots-images-to-questions-in-support-forum

But if they are other type of files rather than images they will not be uploaded you can only upload images, also provide us with the form where you're working on as well as the website where it is embedded we will be glad to further check it and provide you with the steps to achieve what you want, by the way, please post your reply opening the link to this thread on your web browser: https://www.jotform.com/answers/837496

This will help you to upload the images as well, we will wait for your response.
