My forms will not work because it says I am over the submission limit, but I am at 0/100 for the month. What is the problem?

Your account username cadler is a sub user of elaw. The limits of the form shared to you will be based on the main account where the form is stored, which is on the account username elaw.

Account username elaw has already reached its form view limits. For "Free" plans, accounts are only allowed to have 1,000 form views monthly, it has already reached 1,663, exceeding the current limit that it has. Please note that if you reached any of the account limits, all of your forms will temporarily be disabled. To continue using the forms, elaw needs to upgrade to a higher subscription plan that has a higher form view limit, OR he can just wait for the form view limit to reset which happens every 1st day of the month. (S)he can check the account limits directly by clicking the human icon at the top right corner of the page, or by clicking this link directly: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage

I hope that helps. Do let us know if you need more information on this.
