Cannot view the submissions

    The fact that I am not able to access my own created form once signed into my account is counterproductive at the least. This is not explained thoroughly upfront which leads me to believe the updated "security" is not intended to protect my data but it is to drive up the program use. Now I am delayed and have to recreate the entire form from scratch because of this.

    Hi Sharonda,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked your form and it seems that you have enabled the encryption feature. This feature requires you to enter the encryption code so you can see the submissions. But, you can also turn it off so it will not require you to enter the access code. Let me show you how to do it:

    • In your Form Builder, click the Settings.
    • Turn off the encryption data so you can be able to see the submissions in the Jotform Table.

    Once done, please submit a test submission on your form and then check the submission in the Jotform Table.
