Hi,
I don't seem to be getting any email notifications for when people fill out our forms. Can you help? (It's not just happening with the link I provided. It's also happening to our other embedded forms.)
Thanks,
Mark

I have checked the email address that you're using in your form and I found it is in our bounce list, the reason is below:
Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from ymail.com
I have removed it from our bounce list and you should receive your emails now, I would like to share you this guide where you will find some steps to set up email notifications to avoid bouncing:
How-to-Setup-Email-Alerts-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
If you stop receiving emails again then you are able to check and remove your email address from our bounce list as well, just follow the steps on the guide below:
How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
Also, if the issue still persists you may ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses, but this will work if you're using our default sender email addresses only:
Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
In case that you want to re-send the emails for those submissions that were not delivered, then you only will need to open the submission and edit it, without making any changes click on the submit button and the email notification should be sent again:
Hope this helps.
