Can I have the replies to separate jotform's sent to different emails?

I would like to be able to have the option of sending the responses from each separate jotform to a different email. For example:

Form 1 to 1@gmail.com 

Form 2 to 2@gmail.com 

Form 3 to 3@gmail.com 

etc...
